I received a sample of Cortitrol Stress Control Formula at conference. I received a call from someone at Pharmanex asking how I liked it. At that time I had not tried it yet, but had it on my calendar to try during an especially busy week. I wanted to let you know what I noticed.

I took the product June 22 through July 1. While taking it, the first thing I noticed was that I slept better — I remembered dreaming and the dreams were colorful and pleasant. More subtle effects were that I was better at problem solving and generally felt calmer with fewer food cravings.

But it wasn't until this weekend that I could attribute the most amazing benefit. Dr. Mark Bartlett was in Portland talking about Cortitrol Stress Control Formula and he mentioned dry brittle hair and nails as a side effect of cortisol and stress. Until he mentioned it again I had not put the trial of Cortitrol Stress Control Formula together with the phenomenal nails I've experienced—I haven't had nails this long or this strong since high school (and that was 30 years ago!).

By July 20 my nails were quite long and very strong, I gave myself a manicure with my Nu Colour French Manicure kit which lasted until July 31 without so much as a chip! I re-did my polish because the nails had grown out so much. The second manicure lasted until August 10 and only now are the nails starting to show some brittleness and crack. I always liked having long, strong, nicely manicured natural nails and even through I use LifePak and Image HNS, my nails were so much better after taking Cortitrol Stress Control Formula that I find it hard to believe that stress has had so great an impact on my nails! And, if stress is doing this to my nails, I shudder to think what it's done to the rest of me, and I eagerly look forward to convention and the introduction of Cortitrol!

I got a sample of Cortitrol™ Stress Control Formula at the May conference and two more over the weekend during the Ruby trip. I have been taking it for three days now, and it is truly a fantastic product. I have noticed that my mind is not always racing from one stressful thought to another. I am sleeping much better without waking up several times during the night to mull over some problem. But the first thing I noticed was my reaction to my grandchildren who I am raising (they are 13, 9, and 6 and all boys).

Last night, I was taking Josh, my oldest, to theater rehearsal. All the boys were in the van, including one of my neighbor's children. As usual, there was a lot of noise, a little scuffling, and many "can I have" kind of questions. It was at that moment that I realized that I was not getting all tensed up. I didn't feel like screaming or crying myself. I was calm and because I was calm, the children calmed down some too. Bless you! This product is amazing.

I have been taking it now for two weeks. As I mentioned before, I am definitely sleeping better and am coping with raising three grandchildren much more calmly. After the first ten days, I have been noticing that I do not want French fries all the time. Sometimes I remember stopping by McDonald's after a particularly stressful day and getting not one, but two large orders of fries. I sometimes wasn't even hungry.

I know my life is not less stressful now, but the coping mechanism is certainly in place. I love the way I feel now. I can't express enough my gratefulness to you for your research efforts. You're certainly going to change a lot of lives with this product.

My husband, Christopher, has always had a very healthy dose of scepticism regarding supplements. For years he has watched me take them but only takes them when I put them in front of him.
