As the mother of five children, I can certainly relate to the need for proper nutrition and exercise in our everyday lives.

I feel a need to share with you an experience I had with a Pharmanex product. I had just completed a three-day fast to bring my body, soul, and mind together for enlightenment of a direction I wished to take.
