Safety Profile

Side Effects
No long-term side effects have been identified with normal usage of LifePak. However, initiating a supplementation regimen may cause transitory adaptation symptoms and bodily changes that may last for a few days to several weeks. Possible symptoms are gastrointestinal discomfort such as nausea, constipation, diarrhea, bloating and gas, and headaches. Taking half dosage of LifePak for the first two weeks, or taking supplements with food, will assist in avoiding the transitory adaptation symptoms.

Drug Interactions and Contraindications
Some medications may interact positively or negatively with certain vitamins and minerals. LifePak contains vitamin K, so patients on anticoagulants, such as Coumadin or Warfarin, should be monitored closely by a physician. If anyone is currently on any medication, we recommend that you talk to your physician prior to commencing supplementation.

Safety and Toxicology
LifePak has been formulated to provide safe levels of nutrients. All vitamins and minerals, especially fat-soluble vitamins (A,D,E & K) can become toxic at levels much higher than what is present in Pharmanex products. Several organisations have published toxicity levels for vitamins and minerals. These toxicity charts (included in this LifePak Pack) can also be obtained by contacting Distributor Services by calling 02-9843-0901. Safety and toxicology studies have not been performed on LifePak.
